Dr. Roberto Careddu is a renowned endodontist, recognized internationally for his exceptional contributions to the field of dentistry. He graduated with honors from the University of Cagliari, Italy, where he also completed a Master’s program in Clinical Endodontics. He further specialized in Microendodontics, obtaining a Diploma from the University of Valencia, Spain.

Currently based in Dublin, Ireland, Dr. Careddu focuses exclusively on endodontic care, providing precise, specialist treatment to preserve natural teeth and restore oral health. His clinical expertise is complemented by his academic and research activities. He serves as Head of Endodontics teaching at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) School of Dentistry, completed the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFD) in 2017, and pursued a six-year PhD program at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on calcium silicate–based materials and vital pulp therapy.

Dr. Careddu is the author of numerous scientific publications and a regular speaker at international dental conferences, sharing his expertise in advanced endodontic techniques. His professional excellence was recognized in 2025 when he was elected President of the Irish Endodontic Society (IES). He is also an active member of the European Society of Endodontology (ESE).
